CACTUS Testimonies & Self-Evaluation Course 1 2013

CACTUS has helped me to stay fit and mentally disciplined. I would highly recommend it to anyone that likes the outdoors and has some spare time in the mornings as it is great.

I have just met the love of my life after missing a few sessions. Her name is Sandy and she weighs 5kgs is so caring she really pushes me that much further.
[Sandy is a sandbag for missing CACTUS sessions without prior notice and a valid reason.]

Progress:
Physical:
I have greatly improved my fitness and endurance.

Character: 
Although at times I am still slack CACTUS has helped me a lot with my self-discipline.

Social: 
I have been put in a leadership role a few times and it has really helped and changed the way I interact with people.

CACTUS has taught me how to work properly as a group (Teamwork). I improved my fitness massively since I first started it. I made some god friends through it and am happy to continue. Although I really don’t really like getting up early, I am always present in the morning. CACTUS has showed me how to do things properly. DO IT!

Progress:
Physical:
Running, push ups, sit ups, fitness - improved.

Character: 
Doing things how they have been told to you even if there is another way.

Social: 
Caring more for the whole team rather than just myself.

CACTUS is a good mental and physical challenge sometimes and has made me a lot fitter. CACTUS has helped me to be motivated to get up earlier in the mornings .Through the RFL )Required Fitness Level test) it has helped me to set goals for my level of fitness. It is a friendly cooperative group environment.

Stronger nad fitter but too tired for it to matter.

Character: 
Same

Social: 
As long as I am in the chase I am happy. CACTUS is a good way to develop teamwork and leadership.

I like CACTUS because it gets me up in the morning adn gives me something to  do instead of lying in bed. CACTUS os awesome because it keeps me fit and motivates me to do well in other areas of my life. Everybody should do CACTUS because although sometimes hard your body will thank you later.

Progress:
Physical:
I have fot fitter while doing CACTUS and stronger.

Character:
CACTUS has build up my character because I am more motivated in other areas.

Social:
My social and team working skills have improved while at CACTUS. I now work better in groups.

Before the start of CACTUS I was quite unfit from how I usually am and through the good team morale and doing CACTUS my fitness improved hugely. Despite the early mornings CACTUS does some great stuff too. SO THAT IS WHY YOU SHOULD DO IT !!!

Physical:
A lot fitter and stronger.

Character: 
Some work to do on laughing at attention but that’s it.

Social:
Being a good team player and looking our for others.
